County Election laws permit $500 maximum contribution per person and $500 per corporation

 

 

 

 

Political contributions are not deductible as charitable contributions for the purposes of federal income tax. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited by law. It is illegal for any person to reimburse another for making a contribution to a political campaign. Federal law requires political committees to use their best efforts to obtain and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual.
