Marcelo Llorente is the Managing Partner of Marcelo Llorente, P.A. (MLPA). With more than 24 years of experience in public finance, governmental affairs, and public policy law, Marcelo advises clients on a broad range of matters, including government law and procurement, public-private partnerships, public finance, regulatory issues, emergency management, community relations, business development, and public affairs.

In addition to his legal practice, Marcelo served for eight years as a Florida Legislator. This experience gives him a unique understanding of government at every level and provides valuable insight to companies pursuing opportunities in local, state, and national markets. He is recognized for his ability to build effective public-private partnerships, assemble high-performing teams, and identify pathways for clients to achieve their business and policy objectives.
